Supporting Defence Families, Strengthening Community

What's On

Together We Grow, Together We Belong

Simpson Barracks Community Centre (SBCC) is a not-for-profit organisation, established for the support of individuals, partners and families living a Defence lifestyle, by offering the development of support networks, friendships, and sharing of knowledge.

Our primary source of funding comes from the Family Support Funding Program, provided by the Department of Defence through the CSP Team under the Directorate of Community Engagement (DCE).

SBCC provide a range of programs and services to assist members to settle and feel a part of the Greater Melbourne community. Some of these programs include Mum, Bubs & Bumps, Barracks Buddies Play group, Coffee Catch-ups, Community Events, Craft Groups, Book Group and Social Activities.

Activities you can work on together

While our programs encourage your little ones to become better independent learners, we’ve also included special opportunities for you to work together.
